Brandon Brown, 21

Brandon Grant Brown, 21 years, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 in his college residence in Bowling Green, Ohio. Brandon was born May 23, 1991 in Bryan, Ohio to Scott and Emily (Voigt) Brown. Brandon was a 2009 graduate of Upper Arlington High School where he lettered in Track. He was currently a junior at Bowling Green State University where he was enrolled in the Visual Communications Technology Program. Brandon had a keen interest in photography and graphic design. He also enjoyed friends and family, movies, music, animals and outdoor activities such as skateboarding, snowboarding and skiing.

Surviving are his parents, Scott and Emily Brown of Bryan; two brothers, August and Henry Brown at home; grandparents, Robert and Ann Voigt of Bryan, Dr. George and Julie Brown also of Bryan; maternal great-grandfather, William Kinsella of Cleveland, Ohio; aunts and uncles, Laurie (James) Tansey of Leesburg, Virginia, Sarah (Brian) Luria of Tampa, Florida and Charlie (Magge) Voigt of Waterbury, Vermont; his girlfriend, Ali Paulsen of Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Jennifer Voigt.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 903 Center Street, Bryan with Rev. Jeffery Motter and Becky Schofield Motter officiating. Private graveside services will be held in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan, Ohio.
