A Putnam County juvenile is charged with a list of offenses after a threat is directed at his school. Continental Police says he was found in possession of a handwritten note, threatening to do harm to students with a weapon at Continental High. Police found the note at his home in Ottawa. He was arrested and taken to the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center.
