Betty C. Shartzer, 96, of Montpelier, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Evergreen Manor Nursing Home in Montpelier. Per Betty’s request, no funeral services will be held. She will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci, Michigan.
