Napoleon Area School Dis­trict vot­ers Tues­day turned down a 1/2 per­cent earned income tax by a 53% major­ity. There was only one issue fac­ing some Put­nam County vot­ers on Tues­day, and those vot­ers nar­rowly turned down levies and a 0.5-mill, 30-year facil­i­ties bond for the Apollo Career Cen­ter Joint Voca­tional School Dis­trict.
