A nightmare tenant faces charges. Aaron Powell was taken to the lockup in Stryker after piling up an eyesore outside a Second St. commercial building he’s been renting in Woodburn. The owner wants Powell out because he is accumulating junk all over the property. After other complaints, officers agree…and get Powell off the property. He returns soon after and starts piling up more junk at the location…police have had enough…and Powell is whisked off to Stryker for littering and trespassing.
