No. It Is Not Bill Shakespeare.

A local truck driver is arrested. A Williams County deputy sees a semi heading south past the Ohio Turnpike on Ohio 15, towards Holiday City with no rear tail lights. The officer tried to pull the driver over but he continues on. Finally, the semi stops. It’s at the home of James Lamb. Once stopped, Lamb locked the doors and refused to exit the vehicle, before crawling into the sleeper compartment. The deputy was eventually able to coax him out. Lamb first told the officer he was William Shakespeare, the playwright. He had traffic warrants in the county. Lamb was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
