A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and Brown’s $500,000 cash bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in common pleas court.

The maximum penalty Brown faces for the charges is 21 years in prison, including three years of mandatory prison time for the firearm specification that must run consecutive to the other time imposed.
