St. Pat’s Day, March Madness to bring out partiers

Local law enforcement reminding everyone today to designate a driver. As this is St Patrick’s Day, and the beginning of March Madness, it will be a busy day at area bars and restaurants. OHP and local police will be on patrols looking for impaired drivers.
