Two Arrested In Burglary Case

A Sherwood woman and Defiance man are accused of theft. Officers respond to a complaint on Gipe Road in Washington Township. They say a generator, picnic table, burn barrels and other items were stolen. Officers get tips on a suspicious car in the area while all that was going on. They find the vehicle on 24, at the Ohio 15 interchange in Defiance. Nathan Brown and Amber Clevenger were picked up nearby. The investigation found that the two had entered the Gipe Road property and removed numerous items. Deputies were able to recover some of those at a home in Defiance. The investigation continues.
