William Stahl, 73

William H. Stahl, 73 years, of Bryan, passed away Wednesday evening, October 30, 2013 at  Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.  Bill was born March 5, 1940 in Bryan, the son of the late Kenneth B. and Audra L. (Hiner) Stahl.  He was a 1958 graduate of Montpelier High School.  He was also a graduate of DeVry University.  He was an Army veteran, serving during the Viet Nam War.  He was a machinist at the ARO Corp./Ingersoll Rand for 35 years, retiring in 2003.  He was a member of the Bryan Eagles Aerie 2233.  Bill loved going to Walmart every morning to have coffee with the guys.  He also loved riding his motorcycle.

Surviving are his two daughters, Denise Bowen and her fiancée, Jay Crum of Maumee and Darla Dooley and her husband Patrick of Lakeland, Florida; three grandchildren and one sister, Phyllis Ireland of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Visitation for William H. “Bill” Stahl will be held Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday with Pastor Mark Holbrook officiating.  Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Montpelier, Ohio.
